Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, business profile information, campaign content, responses, answers, referral activity, verification status, consent choices and technical information such as device type, source links and IP address. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Preregistering.com.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and hosted campaigns, verify genuine interest, deliver requested rewards and launch updates, prevent abuse, calculate campaign analytics, provide support, process subscriptions and improve the service. Optional Market alerts are sent only where the Member has chosen them.
Your choices and rights
You can change Member notification preferences, unsubscribe from optional Market messages, request access or correction, and ask for deletion or restriction where applicable. Campaign participants can contact the Campaign Owner about its use of their response and can contact us for platform-related requests.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain reliable aggregate evidence. We use access controls, verification, rate limits and security checks to protect the platform. No online service can promise absolute security.
International services and changes
Some providers may process information outside your country under appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. We may update this policy as the product develops; the effective date above identifies the current version.
