The service
Preregistering.com provides tools for testing demand, publishing hosted campaigns, collecting verified preregistrations and measuring launch signals. Results are evidence to support a decision, not a promise of sales, customers, funding or business success.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your login and be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and must tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Campaign Owner responsibilities
Campaign Owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of campaign claims, questions, uploaded media, rewards, discounts, deposits and subsequent communications. Campaigns must not be deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, harmful or unlawful. Interactive reward mechanics must not be used for illegal gambling, and any advertised reward must be honoured on its stated terms.
Member and participant conduct
Members and participants must provide genuine information, use one identity, avoid automated or fraudulent activity and respect campaign conditions. Verification improves signal quality but does not certify a person’s purchasing capacity.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Paid Campaign Owner plans are charged through the payment provider shown at checkout. Current prices, billing periods and included limits are displayed before purchase. You may manage or cancel a subscription from Billing; access and charges then follow the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law.
Content, licences and campaign data
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display and protect it while delivering the service. Campaign Owners receive the campaign responses available under their plan and must handle them lawfully. Preregistering.com branding may appear on campaigns according to the selected plan.
Availability and limits
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss and nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. We may suspend accounts or campaigns that threaten users, the service or lawful operation.
